 Ordering - Ordering is easy! Either shop Online, by Phone or Email.

Payments - We accept payments from International Customers by Paypal,
                  Australian Customers are welcome to pay by Paypal or Bank Deposit.

Shipping - US approx. 10 Working days
             - UK approx  8 Working Days
             - NZ/Asia aprox. 5-10 Working Days
             - Australia - Aus Post Regular Parcel Post approx. 2 - 10 Working Days
                               Aus Post Express Parcel Post approx. 2 - 10 Working Days
               Shipping charges are weight based, postage location, all sent registered with insurance.

Customs - We cannot anticipate how long orders will take to be processed by local customs or whether there will be additional customs duty to be paid. Please contact your local authority for more information.

Damage - In the unlikely event that there is damage in transit please notify us by phone or email immediately. We will then require you to return the damaged item in original packaging so we may claim on insurance. In the event that the item is replaceable we will send you a replacement. In the event that the item was unique (antique print) we will refund your money or offer an alternative option.
